KURIMU KOROKKE
Ingredients (5 servings):
Flour
Butter
Corn
Ham
Eggs
Breadcrumbs
Preparation:
1. Kindle butter in a saucepan, add flour and agitate by a stirrer. Stir in warm milk. Stir thoroughly till it turns into paste of average density.
2. Add tinned corn, sliced ham, salt, pepper, and mix well.
3. Let it cool down.
4. Make flat and oval-shaped pieces. Dust with flour, eggs and breadcrumbs. Deep-fry until it turns brown.
