Gyudon
Rice with beef
Ingredients (4 servings):
360 g. (2 cups) rice
400 g. beef filet
150 g. leek
50 g. parsley
For broth:
5 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp sugar
300 ml dashi
Preparation:
1. Put ingredients for broth in a pot and bring to the boil.
2. Add hashed leek and boil until it is ready.
3. Put sliced meat into the broth and boil for about 5 minutes.
4. Put ready-cooked meat in rice bowls on boiled rice.
