Gyutamadon
Ingredients (4 servings):
1 onion
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp sake
3 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp sugar
350 g. sliced beef
Some salt
Some vinegar
4 eggs
800 g. rice
Fried gingili to taste
Mitsuba (or parsley) to taste
Ginger to taste
Preparation:
1. Slice onion.
2. Pour soy sauce in a pot, add sake, sugar, onion and put it on a stove. Then add beef.
3. In another pot with boiling water add salt and vinegar and put an egg in it. When the egg gets thick, remove the pot from the stove. Cook the remaining 3 eggs in the same way.
4. Put rice into rice bowls, add beef with onion, pour with a broth and put eggs on the top. Dredge everything with gingili and mitsuba. Add ginger to taste.
