Katsudon
Katsudon Rice with chop.

Ingredients (4 servings):
360 g. (2 cups) rice
4 pork chops
70 g. leek
4 eggs
50 g. parsley
For broth:
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
400 ml. dashi

Preparation:
1. First cook pork chops. Smother meat in flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Fry chops in oil warmed up to 180 degrees until a crust appears. After chops are ready cut them into pieces that are convenient to eat.
2. Slice leek.
3. Put ingredients for broth into a pot and boil for a while so that alcohol could vaporize. Slightly do up the eggs.
4. Put leek into the broth and boil until it is ready. Then add chops and boil for a little more.
5. Pour beaten up eggs in the broth and mixing it bring it to the soft-boiled condition. Pour the broth with chops in rice bowls with rice. Decorate the dish with parsley.
