Umeshu
Ingredients:
2 kg plum
1-1,5 kg sugar
Syochu (whisky or brandy)
Preparation
1. Peel plum.
2. Put the plum in to a jar with sugar.
3. Pure syochu (whisky or brendy).
4. Keep in a cool place and move a jar sometimes to make sugar melting.
5. Take out in a month.
