Apple pie

Ingredients (6-7 servings):
Prepared dough - 100 g
Apples - 280 g
Yolk - 1 pc
Almond powder - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Rum - 1/2 tbsp
Honey - 1 tbsp
Butter - 10 g
Brown sugar - 1/2 tbsp
Whipping cream - to taste

Preparation:

  1. Clean apples and cut each apple into 12-16 pieces. Put them in a pan, add rum, sugar and leave it for a while. Cover with a lid and warm it up.
  2. Remove apples and add honey to the remaining syrup. Then warm the mixtures again for several minutes, then put apples back and cool it down.
  3. Cut edges off at dough, cover it with yelk, sprinkle with almond powder and roll it up. Put apples on the dough, cover with butter and sprinkle with brown sugar. It is important to keep strict order.
  4. Cook it in a baking oven for 20 minutes at 220° С.
  5. Prepared dish can be decorated by whipping cream to one's taste.
