Soybeans

Useful properties:

Soybeans are called "field's meat" in Japan, because they contain many proteins, e.g. 35g per 100g of the product. To compare, there are 19g of proteins in 100g of pork meat, and 16g in 100g of beef. Soybeans contain the whole range of amino acids needful for human's nature. And besides, they are rather easy-to-prepare. There are approximately 60 kinds of dishes with soybeans in Japan, including such well-known dishes as natto, tofu, soy paste etc.
