Soybean paste

Miso (soybean paste) was imported to Japan by Chinese monk Ganzin and became such popular that each region now has its own miso. The reason of its popularity is in its nutrient and useful properties. Thus, e.g. a protein from miso prevents from cancer and normalizes blood pressure.
