Carrot gel
Ingredients (4 servings):
Carrot - 250 g
Sugar - 100 g
Water - 2,5 cups
Lemon's juice - 3 tbsp
Kanten (gelatinizing agent from algae) - 1 tbsp of powder
Preparation:
- Slice thinly boiled carrot, then crush up in mixer and add half cup of water.
- Mix kanten with sugar in water, add lemon's juice.
- Pour everything in a pan and cool down.
