Salad made of carrot
Ingredients (4 servings):
Carrot - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
Apple vinegar - 4 tbsp
Balmy vinegar - 1 tsp
Parsley - 4-5 shoots
Salt and pepper - on the verge of knife
Preparation:
- Warm up chopped carrot in a microwave for 1 minute.
- Mix vegetable oil, apple and balmy vinegar and salt in a small pan.
- Add the given mixture to carrots and mix. Add black pepper to taste.
