Daikon with mushrooms
Ingredients (4 servings):
Daikon - 8 pc.
Mushrooms (shimeji) - 1 package
Butter - 2 tbsp
White wine - 1/2 cup
Broth cube - 1 pc.
Salt and pepper - on the verge of knife
Preparation:
- Slice daikon into rings of 2 cm, sprinkle salt and pepper. Place it on a pan, add wine and broth cube, cover with a lid and cook it in a microwave for 15 minutes at a high temperature regime.
- Chop mushrooms, pour with melted butter and cook it in a microwave for 2 minutes.
- Place daikon on a plate, put mushrooms over it and decorate with edible greens.
