NAMASU
vegetables, soured in sweet vinegar
Ingredients (4 servings):
Daikon - 500 g
Carrot - 1 pc
Salt - 2/3 tbsp
Vinegar - 4 tbsp
Sugar - 1,5 tbsp
Soy sauce - to taste
Preparation:
- Slice peeled daikon and carrot. Place them into a pan, add salt and bruise a little. Leave it for 10 minutes and then remove extra moisture.
- Mix daikon and carrot with vinegar, sugar and soy sauce. Wait while sauce soaks. Then remove extra moisture and place on a plate.
