NAMASU
vegetables, soured in sweet vinegar

Ingredients (4 servings):

Daikon - 500 g
Carrot - 1 pc
Salt - 2/3 tbsp
Vinegar - 4 tbsp
Sugar - 1,5 tbsp
Soy sauce - to taste

Preparation:

  1. Slice peeled daikon and carrot. Place them into a pan, add salt and bruise a little. Leave it for 10 minutes and then remove extra moisture.
  2. Mix daikon and carrot with vinegar, sugar and soy sauce. Wait while sauce soaks. Then remove extra moisture and place on a plate.
