Daikon salad

Ingredients (4 servings):

Daikon - 1/4 pc.
Salads - 1/4 pc.
Kaiware (daikon's green sprouts) - 1/2 package
Canned tunny - 100 g
Mayonnaise -100 g
Ponzu (sauce) - 4 tbsp
Nori (algae's dried leaves) - to one's taste

Preparation:

  1. Slice thinly daikon, cut kaiware into halves and put everything in water.
  2. Mix canned tuner with mayonnaise.
  3. Remove moisture from daikon and kaiware, put it on a plate over the salad's leaf, pour ponzu, sprinkle nori.
