Kanten (known in Russia as agar-agar) has got great popularity in Japan as a product that keeps delicate figure and beauty. Kanten is a source of ferrum, phosphor, calcium and vitamins А, B1, B6, B12, C, D. It is usually recommended for people, suffering from overweight.
