Awayuki dessert

Ingredients (6 servings):
Kanten - 4 tsp of powder
Sugar - 250 g
Lemon juice - 3 tbsp
Egg white - 2 pc.
Lemon's segments or strawberry for decoration - to one's taste

Preparation:

  1. Place kanten into 500 ml of water for half an hour, then boil it till kanten dilutes in water totally.
  2. Add sugar to boiling water, mix thoroughly and remove from the fire and add lemon juice.
  3. Whip egg whites in a separate pan. Add hot (!) mixture with agar-agar and mix it properly.
  4. Pour into separate plates, decorate and leave hardening.
