Awayuki dessert
Ingredients (6 servings):
Kanten - 4 tsp of powder
Sugar - 250 g
Lemon juice - 3 tbsp
Egg white - 2 pc.
Lemon's segments or strawberry for decoration - to one's taste
Preparation:
- Place kanten into 500 ml of water for half an hour, then boil it till kanten dilutes in water totally.
- Add sugar to boiling water, mix thoroughly and remove from the fire and add lemon juice.
- Whip egg whites in a separate pan. Add hot (!) mixture with agar-agar and mix it properly.
- Pour into separate plates, decorate and leave hardening.
