Fried pea pods with eggs
Ingredients (4 servings):
Pea pods - 200 g
Eggs - 2 pc.
Corn oil - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper - to one's taste
Preparation:
- Clean pea pods.
- Fry them down on a frying pan, pour in eggs, salt and mix it with chopsticks.
- Place on plates and dredge with black pepper.
