Fried pea pods with squids

Ingredients (4 servings):
Pea pods - 150 g
Bamboo - 80 g
Ginger - 1 pc.
Squids - 170 g
Seasoning for squids:
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Pepper - to taste
Sake - 1 tsp
Starch - 1-2 tsp
Sesame oil - 1 tsp
Dressing:
Salt - 1/3 tsp
Pepper - to taste
Sake - 2 tbsp
Chinese soup of speedy cook - a little
Starch - 1/3 tsp
Butter - to taste
Sesame oil - to taste

Preparation:

  1. Clean pea pods and boil up. Place them on a tray and cool down.
  2. Chop a bamboo.
  3. Slice squids into pieces of 3 cm in length and 6-7 mm in width, remove moisture, and add prepared seasoning for squids.
  4. Fry ginger, bamboo, squid pieces on oil on a frying pan, add mixed ingredients of the main dish's dressing. Add sesame oil at the end of frying.
