Pumpkin marmalade
Ingredients (4 servings):
Pumpkin - 400 g
Kanten - 1 pc
Water - 1,5 cup
Sugar - 150 g
Lemon essence
Preparation:
- Clean kanten and put it in water. Soak it in water for 40-60 minutes.
- Peel a pumpkin and remove seeds. Cut a pumpkin into proper pieces and put in such utensil that can be used in a microwave. Cover it with a lid and cook in a microwave for about 6 minutes.
- Grate the pumpkin while it is hot.
- Take kanten out of water and chop it. Add water and cook in a microvawe for 6 minutes.
- When kanten is melt, mix it, add sugar, grate it and add pumpkin and lemon's essence. Then mix everything properly.
- After mixing, pour water in a pan and place everything in the utensil to cool down.
- Pour it in a wet dish and cool down.
- When marmalade is ready take out of the dish and slice it.
