Pumpkin salad
Ingredients:
Pumpkin - 1/4 piece (appr. 200 g)
Soar cream - 3 tbsp
Milk - 1,5 tbsp
Salt to taste
Salad to taste
Preparation:
- Rind a pumpkin and clear out seeds. Slice a pumpkin into Pincto-shaped pieces, 1,5 cm. Wash it and put into such utensil that can be used in a microwave. Cover it with a pellicle and cook it in a microwave for 3 minutes. Then cool it down in a fridge.
- Mix sour cream, milk and salt in a pan.
- Place leaves on a plate and put a pumpkin. Add sauce from the pan.
