Pumpkin's meat pockets
Ingredients (4 servings):
Pumpkin - 1/2
Dairy cream - 50 ml
Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
Cheese - 20 g
Batter mix for meat pockets - 1 package
Radish - 1 pc
Butter - to taste
Preparation:
- Peel a pumpkin and slash it with rotation. Warm it up for softening in a microwave.
- Make a puree after grating it. Divide it into halves, mix one half with diary cream and another one with mayonnaise.
- Prepare meat pockets of one kind with puree and diary cream.
- Prepare meat pockets of another kind with puree with mayonnaise and chopped cheese.
- Deep-fry.
- Place it on a plate and decorate with radish.
Dairy cream can be sweet. In such case it can be a good savory for children and youngsters.
