Tomato soup
Ingredients (4 servings):
Tomatoes - 2 pc.
Onion - 1/2 pc.
Egg - 2 pc.
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
Soy sauce - 1/2 tbsp
Chinese soup - 5 cups
Salt and pepper - on the verge of knife
Preparation:
- Dip tomatoes in boiling water for 1 minute and peel them and slice.
- Slice an onion thinly.
- Pour eggs in a cup and mix slightly.
- Pour Chinese soup in a pan; add tomatoes, soy sauce, onion, vegetable oil, pepper and salt.
- Approximately 10 minutes before readiness, add prepared egg into the soup.
