Inaniva-udon (Inaniva noodle in cold soup with cucumber)
Inaniva-udon Ingredients (2 servings):
160 g. inaniwa noodle
1 cucumber
Leek and ginger to taste
A
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp grated ginger
thinly sliced leek, pepper, salt
B
Boiling water
1 broth brick


Preparation:
1. Mix broth with boiling water (B) and chill in a fridge.
2. Put a thinly sliced cucumber in a bowl and mix well with A. Set aside for 10 min.
3. Boil 160 g. of inaniwa noodles in boiling water. Then wash it with ice water, drain and put in a proper utensil.
4. Pour A into B and mix it. Add the noodles. The dish is served with leek.
