KARE UDON
noodles with karri sauce
Kare-Udon Ingredients:
4 servings boiled noodles
200 g thinly sliced beef fillet
1/2 pc (appr. 70 g) onions
1 pc scallion
Karri sauce:
1600 ml broth
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
70 g semi-finished product karri
Some black grated pepper
Salad oil to taste

Preparation:
1. Cut beef fillet. Slice onions. Slice scallion diagonally.
2. Fry meat and onion in oil. When they become soft, add broth, sugar, salt, black pepper, and soy sauce. Simmer all for some time.
3. At the end add semi-finished product karri and simmer all for a minute.
4. To make sauce heavy-bodied add diluted starch; mix 3-4 tbsp starch with same quantity of water). Before switching the fire off add scallion.
5. Warm up noodles with boiling water. Remove water. Place noodles in plates and pour karri sauce.
