Soba sarada shoyu dresingu
salad with noodles under dressing with soy sauce
Ingredients (4 servings):
100 g buckwheat noodles
100 g carrot
100 g cucumber
1 leek
2-3 leaves lettuce
Dressing with soy sauce:
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp dashi
3 tbsp vegetable oil
3 tbsp sesame oil
4 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp sugar
10 g grated shoga
Preparation:
1. Boil buckwheat noodles. Wash with running water.
2. Cut carrot and cucumber into small chunks.
3. Slice leek and place it in water.
4. Mix all ingredients for dressing.
5. Put lettuce leaves and noodles on plate, decorate with vegetables. Pour dressing on top.
