Tanuki udon noodles with flakes
Ingredients:
1 portion of boiled udon
25 g flakes (after tempura)
10 g laminaria
Some kaivare (daikon shoots)
Leek to taste
2 cups dashi
Preparation:
1. Cut leek and laminaria.
2. Bring dashi to boil, add noodles, flakes and laminaria and boil for 1-2 minutes. Add leek and boil again for some time. Put all into bowl and decorate with kaiware.
