Yakiudon
fried noodles
Yakiudon Ingredients (2 servings):
150 g pork
240 g boiled udon noodle
6 heads of cabbage
1/2 shoot of haricot
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp soy-bean sauce
Some pepper

Preparation:
1. Cut pork (2 cm width) and cabbage (4-5 cm width). Peel shoots of haricot. Boil noodle beforehand.
2. Fry pork in a frying-pan till the colour changes. Add cabbage, shoots and fry it again.
3. Add noodle and fry again. Pour soy sauce.
4. Sprinkle with pepper.
