Zaru Udon
Ingredients (4 servings):
4 portions noodle
1 little egg
Salt
Dipping sauce:
1/2 cup dashi
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
Yakumi (seasoning)^
2 pieces of aojiso (perilla)
1 shoga
Preparation:
1. Prepare sauce. Heat up dashi, soy sauce, and sugar.
2. Prepare yakumi. Slice aojiso, grate shoga.
3. Whisk egg with salt, prepare omelet and slice it into chunks.
4. Cook udon, put it in plates and cover with omelet and yakumi. Serve together with dipping sauce.
