Horenso to butaniku no misoshiru
(Miso soup with pork and spinach)
Ingredients (4 servings):
50 gram thinly sliced pork
1-2 bunches of spinach
1/3 stipe enoki (mushrooms)
1/2 tsp oil
350 ml dashi
1,5 tbsp soy sauce
Preparation:
1. Slice pork and fry it in a pan.
2. Simmer spinach and place it in ice water. Then cut it into 4 centimeters chunks.
3. Heat up dashi in a pan and add soy sauce.
4. Add pork and enoki in a pan. Bring to a boil and stop the heat.
