Karifurawa-no akadashi miso soup with cauliflower
Ingredients (4 servings):
1/2 package cauliflower
Some beans and carrot
700 ml dashi
80 g red miso
Preparation:
1. Boil cauliflower and divide it into small pieces.
2. Wash and boil the beans and carrot.
3. Put dashi in a pan and bring to boil. Add cauliflower and red miso and simmer for a few more minutes.
4. Pour in cups and add boiled vegetables.
