Kenchin Ziru
Ingredients (6 servings):
100 g daikon
30 g carrot
30 g gobo
100 g satsumaimo (yam)
1/2 package tofu
Pork o taste
6 shiitake
1 leek
Mitsuba (parsley) to taste
Seasoning:
Sesame oil to taste
1 tbsp soy sauce
Salt to taste
Dashi to taste
Some potato starch
Preparation:
1. Clean and slice carrot and daikon into bite-sized pieces. Slice gobo thinly and put in water. Cut satsumaimo into triangular-shaped cubes and change water for 3-4 times. Cut tofu into 1 cm cubes. Slice leek into 1 cm pieces.
2. Put pork in a pan and boil.
3. Add carrot, daikon, gobo, satsumaimo. Pour over the mixture with paste and simmer for 2-3 min.
4. Add tofu and leek.
5. Sprinkle grated yuzu and serve in cups.
