Tai-no akadashi jiru miso soup with perch
Ingredients (4 servings):
4 perches
Salt
Powdered pepper
40 g red miso
700 ml dashi
Preparation:
1. Salt perch and deep-fry.
2. Pour dashi in a pan and gently add miso over it.
3. Put perches in cups and add dashi and pepper.
