Tamago-no osumashi soup with egg
Ingredients (4 servings):
1 egg
5 g mitsuba (parsley)
150 g dashi
2 g soy sauce
1 g salt
Some starch
Water
Preparation:
1. Pour dashi and soy sauce in a pan and heat up.
2. Add starch, whisked egg and mitsuba in the mixture. Stir gently.
