Tofu no osuimono
Tofu no osuimono Ingredients (4 servings):
50 g of tofu
15 g of mitsuba
2 g of dashi
1 g of usukuchihoyu
Salt


Preparation:
1. Pour dashi in a pan. Add soy sauce and salt. Heat up.
2. Put tofu, mitsubi and add the given mixture.
3. You may use any products as ingredients for this soup. If you add fish, then this soup will be like Russian fish-soup.
