Tofu to wakagi-no misoshiru miso soup with tofu and leek
Ingredients (4 servings):
200-250 g tofu
2 leeks
3 glasses dashi
1 tbsp miso (soy paste)
Preparation:
1. Pour dashi in a pan and bring to boil. Remove from the heat and add miso.
2. Slice tofu into bite-sized pieces and put it into miso soup. Simmer for 2 minutes.
3. Add leek and heat up soup.
