Mushipan
Mushipan Ingredients (4 servings):
300 g flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
100 g sugar
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 glass milk
50-80 g cheese

Preparation:
1. Mix flour with baking powder.
2. Cut cheese in cubes of 1,5 cm.
3. Mix eggs with sugar and do them up with a mixer.
4. Add milk and mix. Sift flour and baking powder through a gauze add liquid and mix. 5. Knead smooth dough, add cheese and cut into pieces. 6. Put the dough into boxes or small glasses, place them into a pot or stem cooker, cover with a towel and steam for 13-15 minutes.
