Tamago dofu
egg pudding
Tamago Tofu Ingredients:
5 eggs
Wasabi to taste
A:
150 ml dashi
2/3 tsp salt
1/2 tsp soy sauce
B:
4 tbsp dashi
1 tbsp soy sauce

Preparation:
1. Mix A ingredients, add eggs and filter through a cheesecloth.
2. Pour this mixture in a box for tomago tofu of a dish for steaming. Remove the bubbles appeared.
3. Put the dish in a steam cooker and steam for 2-3 minutes. When tamago tofu turns white make fire as low as possible and steam for 10-15 minutes more.
4. Take out tamago tofu from the dish and cut into pieces that are convenient to eat.
5. Mix B ingredients let them boil and then cool them down.
6. Put tamago tofu into dishes, pour with sauce and add wasabi.
