Rice noodles with vegetables in a boiling hot broth.
This light dish is prepared of udon noodles, seafood, chicken and vegetables.

Ingredients (4 servings):
400 g. udon noodles*
2 l. dashi
1 chicken leg
1/2 carrot
4-5 Mushrooms
1/6 head Chinese cabbage
1 bunch spinach

Preparation:
1. Boil noodles wash them with cold water and put on a colander.
2. Pour dashi in a pot. Add cut chicken leg and put on the fire.
3. When meat is almost ready add hashed vegetables.
4. When vegetables are ready add hot noodles and turn off the fire.
* it is possible to use spaghetti
