Yosenabe
Japanese verb "yoseru" means get together. That is where the name of this dish comes from. The more different seafood is put in the pot the more delicious the dish will be. That's why you may use not only the ingredients listed below.
Ingredients (4 servings):
4 shrimps
1 sguid
300 g. cod
1 package tofu
4-5 mushrooms
2-3 leeks
5-6 leaves of Chinese cabbage
30 cm seakale
6 cup of dashi
1 tbsp soy sauce and mirin
1/4 cup sake
Salt to taste
Preparation
Mix dashi, sake and make broth for yosenabe. Feel 2/3 of the pot with broth and bring to the boil. Gradually add seafood and vegetables to the broth and boil to the necessary condition. When seafood and vegetables have been eaten boil udon noodles in the remaining broth.
