Coltsfoot is rather widespread plant. It would not be complicated to prepare this course.

To enjoy both crunching stems and their original bitter taste, it's necessary to boil them quickly, cool, impart relish and leave for drawing. It will take about 15 minutes to prepare this course.
If you want to move away bitter taste you should soak coltsfoot' stems in water with baking soda.
