Boiled pumpkin
Preparation:
1. Wash a pumpkin and leave it for 1 minute in a microwave oven so that it is easier for you to cut it.
2. Remove seeds. Remove the upper part of the peel in case it is thick and leave the peel as it is if it is thin.
3. Cut the pumpkin into triangular pieces of 4-5 cm each. Put them in a pot with its peel down, add water, so that it fully cover the pumpkin, add salt to taste, a drop of vinegar (for the pumpkin to save its color) and boil on heavy fire.
4. When the pumpkin is ready add sugar to taste, some soy sauce and serve.
