Gomoku gohan
Ingredients (4 servings):
3 cups of rice
80 g of gobo
50 g of carrot
2 shiitake mushrooms
100 g of beans
2 leaves of sea kale
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp sake
Preparation:
1. Wash rice with cold water. Drain the rice on a colander for 30 min.
2. Cut gobo with a shape of sasagaki and put it in water.
3. Slice carrot: 2 cm in length and 5 cm in width.
4. Put shiitake in water and cut it into pieces called aburaage and pour it with boiling water. Cut sengiri into pieces of 2 centimeters long.
5. Wash boiled beans in water.
6. Add 3,5 cups of water, add gobo, carrot, shiitake, and seasonings and boil rice.
7. Put it into a cup and sprinkle nori on it.
