Isobeyaki
Isobeyaki Ingredients (4 servings):
4 pieces of mochi
1 karashimentai
1 cheese
8 leaves of nori (6x2 cm)
Soy sauce



Preparation:
1. Cut up kirimochi at your discretion.
2. Slice karasimentai and take out caviar.
3. Cut cheese into 8 pieces.
4. Put karasimentai, cheese and a piece of mochi on the surface.
5. Fry in an oven.
6. Sauce hot dish.
