Ume chazuke
rice with green tea
Ingredients (4 servatings):
Boiled rice
Ocha (green tea)
Umeboshi (salted plum)
Sea kale
Katsuobushi (flakes of dried tunny)
Preparation:
1. Place rice into cups.
2. Put umeboshi, nori and katsuobushi on top.
3. Pour hot green tea on top of plain rice (into a cup).
