Yakimeshi
Ingredients (4 servings):
6 shrimps or sausages
1/4 carrot
1/2 leek
3 tbsp oil
2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp garlic
2 cups boiled rice
1 tsp soy sauce
Preparation:
1. Scale the shrimps. Wash and slice all the ingredients.
2. Prewarm a pan; add vegetable oil and fry ginger with garlic.
3. Add sliced leek and fry with carrot and shrimps. Then add rice and soy sauce.
4. Apportion sliced leek when everything is prepared
