Ingredients:
10 kg plum
1,8 kg salt


Preparation:
1. Put plum in a big container, and 2/3 salt on it. Then plum again and the rest of salt. Wait for 20 days after that.
2. Then bake for 3-4 days. Keep plum in a pot.
