Ingredients (4 servings):
Scad
Salt

Preparation:
1. Scale fish. Wash it and dry up. Place it on a tray and salt (1 tsp salt for 4 scads). Leave for 20 minutes.
2. Wash the fish again and dry up.
3. Rub tail and breast fin with salt to protect it from fire. Grill the fish.
