Ingredients:
8 eggs
Seasoning:
140 ml dashi
2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
Vegetable oil to taste

Praparation:
1. Mix eggs with seasonings.
2. Grease a heated frying pan with oil and pour 1/4 of the mixture. This mixture should cover a frying pan with a thin layer.
3. When you see that omelet is ready you should collar (roll) it in a direction to itself.
4. Remove omelet roll to frying pan edge and leave it there.
5. Grease free part of the pan with oil again and pour another part (1/3) of prepared egg mixture there. Raise first omelet a little to mixture flows under it.
6. When the second omelet will be fried thoroughly roll the first prepared omelet up in it. You will get multilayered omelet roll.
7. Lay the roll into the matting for sushi, turn it and leave for 5 minutes.
8. Cook the second omelet roll from the remained mixture.
9. Cut the rolls across 2,5 cm length.
