Dengaku
Dengaku Ingredients:

9 pieces of satoimo
4 pieces of konnyaku


Preparation:
1. Wash up satoimo.
2. Pour water in a pan and preheat it.
3. When water boils, add salt and satoimo.
4. Simmer satoimo for 15 minutes.
5. While satoimo is boiling, prepare konnyaku.
6. Heat water in another pan.
7. Cut tonnyaku into triangular-shaped pieces.
8. Place konnyaku in boiling water and simmer for 3 minutes.
9. When konnyaku is ready, pour water out.
10. Begin boiling satoimo. Cool it down with water in 15 minutes.
11. Peel satoimo.
12. Spit satoimo and konnyaku.
13. There should be 3 satoimo and 1 sheet of konnyaku.
14. Heat water in a pan.
15. When water boils, add satoimo and konnyaku.
16. Place it on a plate and eat with yuzumiso.
