Okonomiyaki
Japanese pizza
Okonomiyaki Ingredients:
150 g cold cooked noodles
150 g cabbage
40 g leek
150 g squid
50 g cheese
10 g shrimps
1 tbsp vegetable oil
100 g thinly sliced pork
70 g flour
1 egg
3 g dried tunny (powder)
75 ml water
Sauce for okonomiyaki to taste
Mayonnaise sauce to taste
Aonori (seaweed) to taste
Dried tunny to taste

Preparation:
1. Slice cold noodles and cabbage on pieces 4-5 cm length. Cut the leek.
2. Slice squid and cheese on 5 mm pieces.
3. Place squid, noodles and shrimps in plate and mix.
4. Mix flour with water, add beaten up eggs. Mix thoroughly with noodles and seafood.
5. Preheat a pan and pour vegetable oil in it. Place the mixture and pork and fry.
6. When okonomiyaki begin to burn slightly along the edges, turn it over and fry.
7. Put okonomiyaki on the plate, pour sauce on it, add mayonnaise, aonori and dried tunny.
