Yakinasu
Ingredients (2 servings):
4 eggplants
1 tbsp soy sauce
Ginger to taste
Preparation:
1. Clean eggplants put on grille and fry.
2. Peel grilled eggplants under the streaming water. If eggplant is grilled enough, it's easy to peel it.
3. Pour eggplants with soy sauce. Add grated ginger to taste.
